I wanted to take a moment to share a few important updates with you.
First, by now all companies should have received a notification from PERC at the beginning of the month regarding the Annual Sales Report. This is just a friendly reminder that the reports are due by May 15. Please make sure to complete and submit them by the deadline. These reports are critical, as the data provided is used by PERC to determine Illinois’ Rebate Fund allocation for the upcoming year.
Rest assured, all company information is kept confidential—only PERC staff will have access to it. These funds help us continue offering appliance and water heater rebates, as well as expand our safety and training programs throughout Illinois.
On the topic of training, thank you to everyone who expressed interest in our new Customer Service Representative (CSR) class. Due to the strong response, we’re excited to announce that our first-ever CSR class will be held on May 20 at the IPGA office in Springfield. It will be added to our training calendar this week, so be sure to sign up!
Additionally, we still have a few spots available in the Crane Truck class happening this Wednesday, as well as upcoming Refresher/Hazmat classes and our regularly scheduled Bobtail and Vapor Distribution trainings.
